Natie.....

This is the Lovely Natie....I actually based this on a friend of mine. She's a model, a terribly pretty girl.

Of course this drawing does not represent anyone I know....but she has the same eyes like her ;-) .....I should make a portrait of her some time, then you can see the resemblance.

Mermaid

My friend Donal Nugent (a great poet) wrote a lovely poem about a mermaid, so I just had to do a sketch/watercolour of it. I don't think I did the poem justice though...but I enjoyed making doin the sketch though :-) thanks Donal !!

BG - Chin's

Here are 2 Layout/Bg's I did up ages ago for my little short. I really enjoyed making the colours as crazy as possible. When I usually colour my own work I tend to keep it really simple as possible, this was the first time I said to myself, "feck it, I'll just try something totally different" and I liked the outcome so here we are :-)
....it's acrylic paint on canvas paper...just in case you wanted to know!

Layout

Here's a drawing I made for a layout class in college. I really loved drawing trees very much and did tonnes of drawings of them. I love seeing and being around really old and large trees, it's amazing how beautiful some trees can make all these fantastic twists and turns, curving round in various directions.
